Our sole activity is entering purchase contracts on properties and assigning our contractual interest to a third party for a fee, with the seller's knowledge and after written disclosure.
2. No Guarantees
All property valuations, market opinions, and educational content on this site are estimates and general information only. They do not constitute an appraisal, an offer, or a professional recommendation. Actual purchase offers depend on individual property characteristics, current market conditions, and builder demand at the time of introduction. Nothing on this site should be treated as legal, tax, financial, or licensed real estate advice.
3. No Obligation
Submitting a form does not obligate you to sell your property, accept an offer, or enter any agreement. It does not obligate us to make an offer, deliver a valuation, or accept your builder application. Any binding relationship is created only through a separately executed written agreement.
4. Wholesaler Disclosure
Per A.R.S. § 44-5101, before entering any binding agreement, you will receive a separate written disclosure explaining that Luxury Lot Pro is a real estate wholesaler, is not a licensed broker, and intends to assign the resulting contract to a third party for a fee. You acknowledge that you understand this business model as a condition of entering an agreement.
5. Fair Housing
Luxury Lot Pro complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and Arizona Fair Housing Act. Housing opportunities are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
